starting today i need to start editing the footage i shot to make two video's about performance. i have to assess my footage first, because im pretty sure ill have to go back and reshoot something.
i want to make one video from the perspective of the performer and the other from the perspective of the viewer.
i have a bunch of footage that appears random, but i understand it perfectly. the two sides of performance are important, but honestly, im only interested in the performer. i have no idea how to edit this footage. i am not sure if im going to something narrative or non linear or experimental. i know that it has to be short because its going to be a part of a whole. i cant make 5 or 6 video vignettes that are 2-3 minutes each. these have to be .45-1:30 tops.
